Stamp Act Congress

I June of 1765 the Massachusetts legislature called upon all the colonies to send representatives to New York City that fall. Nine of the original 13 colonies responded and sent representatives that met togeather in what would be called the Stamp Act Congress. They drew up a petition to send to King George III that asked for three specific things, none of which were addressed by the king or Parliament. However, in response to that congress and their petition, England did repeal the Stamp Act in 1766.

Which of the 13 original colonies sent representatives to that first successful national congress?
